Stepping Forward: Introducing Myself & Our Vision for the Stratton Index
Hello, I’m Philip Soriano, and I’m honored to introduce myself as the new steward of the Interpersonal Leadership Styles (ILS) assessment.
For over two decades, the ILS has helped leaders and teams see themselves (and each other) more clearly. The ILS remains at the heart of what we do and Stratton Index is the company dedicated to delivering, evolving, and supporting this trusted tool. Over the past eight years, I’ve had the privilege of working alongside Dennis Stratton, Pat Stratton, and the Stratton Consulting Group; learning about what makes their work so special and the impact they have on their clients.
As we turn the page to a new chapter, I want to share a glimpse of what’s happening behind the scenes:

Modernizing the Experience: We’re transforming the Stratton Index platform into a digital-first, mobile-friendly experience—making it easier than ever to access ILS insights, reports, and team analytics.
Expanding Our Community: We’re investing in facilitator support, new certification journeys, and a global network of practitioners who believe in humanizing leadership.
My personal mission is to help people unlock their potential by helping them see themselves more clearly and lead with authenticity. I believe business can be both efficient and deeply human, and I’m committed to making the Stratton Index a catalyst for that kind of change.
If you’re interested in learning more about my background or following our journey, I invite you to connect with me on LinkedIn. I’ll be sharing updates, insights, and stories as we continue to grow and evolve.
